The $299 one-time payment provides lifetime access to all paid features including AI document generation, personalized checklists, error detection, and status tracking. This is a one-time fee — not a subscription. The 3-month GovTrace trial is provided as a courtesy and subject to GovTrace's own terms.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Waypoint within 30 days of purchase, contact us at support@waypointfederal.com for a full refund. No questions asked.

5. AI-Generated Content

Waypoint uses artificial intelligence to generate draft documents including ownership narratives, capability statements, and document checklists. These drafts are provided as starting points for your review and editing. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy before submission to any government agency. Submitting false information to a federal agency is a violation of federal law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to Waypoint. You are responsible for reviewing all generated documents before submission. You agree not to use Waypoint to submit false information to any government agency.

8. Limitation of Liability

GreyLee Services Group LLC's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for any government decisions, contract awards, certification denials, or outcomes resulting from your use of Waypoint.
